PROGRAM LEAD
With mysteries to solve, villains to defeat, and adventure waiting around the corner, we are looking for people who are passionate about diving into their creativity and bringing an unforgettable summer to our campers. Our programmers CREATE, LEAD, and FACILITATE camp thematic programming through games, crafts, and special events. They also play a major role on stage in skits, leading chants, songs, and dancing along with staff.
As a leadership position, they model, encourage, and provide feedback to staff in the areas of facilitation and creativity. Programmers will delegate staff to take ownership of various activities campers will experience.
Prior to the start of camp, program leads will spend a significant amount of time collaborating as a team, planning, creating décor, and ironing out the details that go into the thematic time for each week of camp.
