Contract requests open ONLINE - Monday, April 6, 2025 @ 10:00am

ENROLLMENT

• Open to any child who has completed grades K-6, including out of district children.

• You may choose which weeks you would like your child(ren) to attend.

THE ENROLLMENT PROCESS

• Contract requests are submitted online by the parent/guardian

  • The parent/guardian will receive an email stating we have received your contract request. 

• Contract requests are approved or waitlisted in the order they are received.

  • Approved contract requests  

    • You will receive an email confirming the dates/weeks your child is enrolled and scheduled to attend. 

    • Registration is completed when you submit the following registration and deposit fees.

1. • Registration fee: $70/child, one time, non-refundable

   • Deposit: $25/week; secures camper's spot & applies towards their weekly tuition, non-refundable

• Waitlisted contract request

  • You will receive an email notifying you that capacity has been reached and the dates/weeks your child has been placed on a wait list.

  • Community Education staff will contact you when space becomes available on one or both campuses.
