• Register for the location and week(s) you plan to attend.

• Camp is open to any child who has completed grades K - 6

• Campers do not need to be enrolled in CSISD schools.

• Parents of campers outside our school district must provide proof of immunization in the form of a physician’s medical record, or a public health clinic record, with a stamped validation.  

• Camper registration contracts will be reviewed and approved in the order that they are received.

• Please note that space is limited at each location.  You will be contacted if all spaces are filled prior to your contract approval. 

• Tuition installment payments must be made on/before the due date to remain registered for Camp. 

• Camp Cancellation Fee will be charged for any week cancelled after payment has been made

• Registration fees are non-refundable 

• Register ONLINE - Monday, April 1 @ 10:00am

• Registration remains open, even if a campus is full.   If there are cancellations, we will offer spaces from our current waitlists.

• Registration Fee - $65/one time, per camper

• Late Pick-up Fee - $1.00 / Minute for each camper

• Camp Cancellation Fee - $50 (only after weekly invoice is paid)

Eleyo Tax Statement Instructions: 

1. Login to your Eleyo account.

2. Scroll to the "Your Account" section on the Dashboard and click on the Summer Day Camp account number for each child that attended.

3. Click on "Download Tax Statements" under Account Management on the left side of the page.

4. Click "Tax Statement" and print for your records.

5. For students who have participated in multiple programs (Kids Klub, Summer Day Camp, August All Days), there are separate statements for each program.  Be sure to download each tax form for all programs your child has participated in.
