General Announcements:

Hours of operation:

  • 8:00am - 5:30pm

Check-in/check-out at Pebble Creek

  • Located at the front of the school by the office

  • Check In will begin at 8:00am

    • Please stay in your car and wait for camp staff to approach for the check in process.

    • Check in closes at 9:00am; After this time, you will need to call the site cell phone to have someone come out to greet you.

  • Check Out

    • Will begin at 4:00pm in the outside lane; if you arrive before this time, you will need to call the site cell phone to have someone come out to greet you.

    • Campers must be picked up by 5:30pm.

  • Please be prepared to show a photo ID.

Paperwork - if this is your first week to attend camp...

  • Please come to camp with the following forms completed for your camper. If you have multiple campers, we need each form for each camper to place in their file.

    • Click HERE for the " Enrollment/Admission Agreement"

    • If your camper needs to have any medication, including over the counter medications, please click HERE to download and complete the "Administer Medication" form

    • If your camper has an Epi-Pen or any food allergies, please click HERE for the "Food Allergy & Anaphylaxis Emergency Plan" form. This should be completed by the child's health care professional.

  • IMMUNIZATION RECORD - If your camper is not a CSISD student, please provide a copy of your camper's immunization record.

What to bring to Camp:

  • Wear tennis shoes

  • Come to camp with sunscreen applied to your face and arms

  • Extra change of clothes

  • Rest Time Items - such as a book or puzzle book and/or blanket/towel/pillow; labeled with your camper's name; all items must be in a bag that will fit in a small cubby,

  • These items will remain at camp all week and be sent home on Fridays for washing/cleaning.

  • Wear appropriate clothing that can get dirty/stained

  • Food – 2 snacks, a lunch, and water (no soda or juice)

  • Large water bottle filled

  • Child camp chair, stadium seat, or towel for outside seating

  • Please no glass containers or food items that need to be heated

Week 5 Announcements - July 27 - July 31


    • We are currently collecting newspaper, empty toilet paper/paper towel rolls, empty water bottles, & plastic bottle camps for upcoming projects (including this week!). Please bring what you can!

    • We have gone PAPERLESS! Schedules continue to be linked at the bottom of this page.

    • Each day, come to camp with sunscreen applied on your face and arms for our activities outside in the morning.


    • Get excited...we have popsicles on TUESDAY after group games!
